This would be a full-time, W2 role working for their firm. This position will be on-site in their clients Albany, NY office. The Construction Contract Management Specialist provides support within the Division of Contract Management on activities related to the advertisement, bidding, and awarding of construction contracts. The role requires experience working on high-value projects, strong knowledge of construction procurement processes, and an ability to review and prepare contracting documents. The specialist will support pre-advertisement planning, contract documentation accuracy, bid auditing, and contract administration before award. This position also requires effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently. The bureau is composed of two units: Housing Unit and Social Determinants of Health (SDH) Unit.
