Manage all aspects of the financial closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Internal Controls and Audit Maintain and continuously enhance a documented system of internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures in alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and recommendations. Support the Audit Committee and executive leadership with internal control updates and audit readiness. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including accruals and adjustments. Strategic Finance and Leadership Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and cost management. Partner with FP&A to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial models that align with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team to foster accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Legal, and IT to align financial management practices with company objectives. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA license required. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a public company environment or public accounting firm supporting SEC registrants. Strong background in GAAP accounting, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. Experience leading or participating in an ERP implementation or upgrade project, ideally with NetSuite.
