Key Responsibilities * Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines. * Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies. * Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste. * Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable. * Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations. * Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed. * Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas. * Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
