The FFR Cook, under the direction of the Head Chef, is responsible for preparation of the meals and snacks for residents of Family Focused Recovery at Canal Landing. This individual will work with other staff and residents in the Family Focused Recovery Learning Kitchen to ensure that all food safety and sanitation requirements are followed. As the residential center opens, the FFR Cook must be flexible and support the FFR team in successful launch and scaling of services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for meal planning and inventory control. Responsible for the preparation and serving of daily meals and snacks. Responsible for the overall cleaning of the kitchen. Assist Head Chef with receiving and rotating inventory as needed.
