**Key Responsibilities:**

**Work Environment & Physical Demands:**

**Qualifications**

You will work collaboratively with the Customer Success Operations team, Customer Success leadership team, Revenue Operations, Go To Market teams, Product Management, and Finance. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success Operations.
What you'll be doing:
Leading a team of operations experts that support the Customer Launch teams (Onboarding, Data Migrations, and Professional Services), working closely with their leadership team as an extension of their team
Driving the planning of and owning specific strategic initiatives, programs, and projects in support of the Customer Launch team's annual goals and quarterly OKRs
Becoming an expert on key metrics, data, processes, and procedures, surfacing key insights or trends, and proposing action plans to drive to targets
Identifying and implementing opportunities to achieve targets, increase efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Optimizing the Customer Launch team's tech stack, including owning the implementation and ongoing optimization of a new Professional Services Automation tool. What you bring:
8+ years experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Leadership at software companies, with specific experience in Customer Onboarding Operations or Professional Services Operations
Minimum 2+ years as a People Manager, with experience managing high-performing operations professionals
Strong business acumen and understanding of key metrics for Customer Success (Post-Sales) organizations, specifically Onboarding and Professional Services teams
Passionate about designing highly effective and scalable operational solutions to complex challenges by building, experimenting, and iterating continuously. Thrives in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment with competing priorities

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Program Business Manager is responsible for the complete management of all sales and contracts activities in accordance with company policies, customer, and legal requirements. Maintains project cost awareness of projects relative to initial cost estimates and CVC
Coordinates with finance, operations and executive management for yearly forecasting and goals
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and have strong written and verbal communication skills
Utilizes various programs including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and SAP
Promotes effective scope, expectation, and contract management to optimizing workflow and ensure proper project funding, budgeting, scheduling to meet customer requirements
Maintains constructive customer interaction with internal teams including communicating status of detailed requirements and deliverables, presenting to leadership and customers on project status or health as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Program Business Manager is responsible for the complete management of all sales and contracts activities in accordance with company policies, customer, and legal requirements. Incumbent is an expert in company-wide procedures, standards, and expectations, and is actively involved in product and business system growth within the company. As a leader, the Program Business Manager will provide input to leadership on business and technicial sales strategies, goals, and best practices to efficiently satisfy objectives on various customer accounts. Assists the Deputy ProgramManager/ProgramManager to evaluate budgets, design a business strategy, assess program performance and produce forecasts
Maintains project cost awareness of projects relative to initial cost estimates and CVC
Coordinates with finance, operations and executive management for yearly forecasting and goals
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and have strong written and verbal communication skills
Utilizes various programs including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and SAP
Promotes effective scope, expectation, and contract management to optimizing workflow and ensure proper project funding, budgeting, scheduling to meet customer requirements
Maintains constructive customer interaction with internal teams including communicating status of detailed requirements and deliverables, presenting to leadership and customers on project status or health as needed
Responsible for promoting the growth of long-term business relationships by developing productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
Ensures the team engages in effective stakeholder communication and focus on excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS
