The Position

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wine & Spirits Club and E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our exclusive wine and spirits club. The salary range for this role is:

What you'll be doing
Execute Blair's national sales strategy across core markets and verticals
Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new business
Partner with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with company goals and market trends
Represent Blair at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to elevate brand visibility
Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track pipeline health, forecast revenue, and optimize sales performance
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive sales experience-ideally in signage, manufacturing, B2B services, construction, or other project-based environments
Proven success in leading national account strategies and driving multimillion-dollar growth
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance metrics
Willingness to travel (10-20%) for client visits and industry events

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Sales Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our sales operational processes. The role will involve close collaboration with SCM, Sales Management, Sales, and Account teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational processes including EDI registration and shipment coordination.
Ensure order accuracy, delivery scheduling, and logistics efficiency.
Manage Sales Operations & ERP systems.
Handle order and shipment operations (EDI) through brokers, including invoice management and customer order support.
ERP Master Data management.
Assist with month-end closing (Gross Sales).
Communicate effectively across internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, ERP management, or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The base salary for this position is between $55,000.00 and $70,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
