Summary Objective:
The Senior Marketing Analyst transforms marketing and digital data into insights that drive growth, member engagement, and ROI. This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams to measure campaign performance, optimize spend, and deliver dashboards that clearly show what's working and why.
The ideal candidate moves comfortably between technical analysis and strategic recommendations, connecting web traffic, CRM, and campaign data to business outcomes and presenting findings that inform key decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Marketing and BI teams to ensure clean, accurate, and unified marketing data from sources such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, paid media platforms, and social channels.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that track marketing KPIs including lead generation, conversion, retention, and ROI.
Analyze campaign and channel performance across the funnel to identify opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate program effectiveness across email, paid media, SEO, and content marketing, highlighting insights and performance trends.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, interpreting results and measuring business impact.
Partner with the Marketing team on audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization initiatives.
Support budget optimization and forecasting by analyzing spend versus performance across campaigns and platforms.
Synthesize insights into clear, concise presentations and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Maintain a focus on data governance, accuracy, and reproducibility in all analyses and dashboards.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Power BI for data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, paid media, and social platforms.
Strong SQL and Excel skills for data querying, manipulation, and validation.
Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experiment design.
Understanding of SEO, paid media, CRM, and email marketing metrics and attribution models.
Experience with audience segmentation and lifecycle/loyalty analytics is a plus.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis or automation is a plus.
Analytical & Strategic Skills
Ability to synthesize multi-source data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and ROI.

Power BI proficiency required; Google Analytics and HubSpot strongly preferred.
Experience with SQL and Excel required; familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
Background in multi-unit services, fitness, or consumer subscription industries is helpful but not required.

Requirements:
Must be an undergraduate Junior or Senior majoring in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Promotion or very closely related major.

Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Project Specialist plays a critical role in executing AMN Healthcare's enterprise marketing strategy to drive topline growth, new customer acquisition, and new product revenue generation. This position manages integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, and content channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
Lead and manage enterprise-wide marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand and revenue goals.
Execute paid search and ABM campaigns to offset SEO traffic losses and capture high-value accounts.
Drive lead generation tied to strategic targets:
600 MQL/SQL leads from webinars and content promotions.
50 MQL/SQL leads from high-priority accounts.
Content Development & Brand Awareness
Develop and deliver campaign messaging, blog articles, and thought leadership content that reinforces AMN's value proposition.
Support brand equity initiatives to increase aided brand awareness from 73% (2024) to 80% by 2026, as measured by biannual surveys.
Project Management & Collaboration
Own timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects (2-3 large campaigns and 8-10 smaller initiatives).
Partner with sales teams to support conferences and events, ensuring alignment with business development goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as DemandBase, Salesforce, and Pardot; provide insights on lead flow, conversion metrics, and ROI.
Identify underperforming areas and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion.
Cross-Functional Engagement
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign impact.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders; active participation in meetings is expected.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing in B2B environments, including SEO/SEM, paid search, ABM, and social media.
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, DemandBase).
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

Requirements:

Proficiency in managing multiple, complex projects with competing priorities.
Solid understanding of common marketing deliverables and workflows (email, digital campaigns, creative asset development, social, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage granular details without losing sight of the big picture.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly set expectations and manage stakeholders at all levels.
