Additional duties include maintaining up?to?date credit files, reviewing loan covenant compliance, and supporting lenders with file documentation, material change forms, and ongoing tickler management. Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of progressively responsible credit analysis experience or equivalent experience demonstrating advanced analytical capability
Experience spreading and analyzing financial statements using systems such as Baker Hill, WebEquity, Excel, or similar tools
Strong ability to assess repayment capacity, collateral, guarantor strength, financial ratios, and cash flow
Ability to compare financial performance against industry benchmarks and apply internal credit policy guidelines
Proven experience assigning risk ratings and preparing professional credit presentations
Strong collaboration skills when working with lenders and borrowers to clarify issues and gather information
Preferred
Ongoing professional development in finance, credit, or related disciplines

Review and analyze customer orders based on credit policies, account status, and risk to release or maintain credit holds
Respond to inbound customer calls and proactively address credit and collection-related inquiries
Identify trends, recurring issues, and process gaps to improve customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement initiatives
Apply strong analytical skills using reporting systems and tools, including extensive use of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data platforms
Lead or participate in short-term projects with defined objectives and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Build credibility and trust with customers and internal partners through timely, accurate, and consistent issue resolution
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (required), or bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of relevant customer-facing or accounts receivable experience
Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, and financial analysis
Strong understanding of financial statements, customer behavior, credit risk, delinquent accounts, deductions, payments, adjustments, and reconciliation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations where issues are not always straightforward
Strong organizational, communication, and customer-focused skills
Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn systems remotely and work across multiple platforms simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Experience supporting continuous process improvement and change management initiatives
Preferred
