Dan Smytka is a CEO, president and C-suite executive with global expertise for growing and leading multi-billion dollar businesses with General Electric, United Technologies and Goodyear Tire & Rubber. In addition, Dan oversaw the opening of the Goodyear Development Center in China to enhance the company’s relationships with vehicle manufacturers. Prior to joining Goodyear, Dan was group president of the $2.3B North American Building Systems & Services division of United Technologies Carrier division from 2007 to 2008. As a 17 year GE veteran, Dan was made a company officer in 2005 and is a graduate of their prestigious Corporate Audit Staff program.
