We areseekinga highly capable, entrepreneurial, and holisticphysician forour new women's health and wellness center in New Milford, CT. This position will providegynecologiconlycare with a specialty focus on the peri/post-menopausal period of life.Menopause Society Certification will berequiredwithin the first year of employment.Additionaltraining in colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, hormone replacement therapy, integrative medicine, and/or ultrasound preferred. Experience in retail or concierge medicine is a plus!
The provider will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, gynecologists, primary care providers, urogynecologists, maternal fetal medicine providers, nurse navigators, pelvic floor physical therapists, and mental health providers.The office is located on the New Milford Hospital campus.

The staff hospitalist must be able to competently care for the hospitalized patient throughout the hospital stay. This includes emergency evaluation and triage in addition to admission to the hospital and formation of a differential diagnosis. EXPERIENCE
Prefer clinical working experience as a CRNA within the given specialty/service line recommended, but none required. APRNs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs are required to be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS Hospital and credentialed through the Medical Staff process.
