This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars.

Key Duties
Optimize operational coverage of HNL Above the Wing and Below the Wing Airport Operations by analyzing trends in daily operational staffing and performance.
Develop automated processes to minimize overtime and maximize unpaid time off and to improve the Attendance Control Program to help the station exceed budget goals and ensure proper resource coverage.
Collaborate with Airport Operations leaders to implement process changes and drive improvements in station productivity metrics.
Create and present out reports on staffing coverage data to senior leadership to contribute to the long-term station strategy and assist in making critical business decisions.
Support the HNL Station Admin Team with current initiatives.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
Working toward a Bachelors degree with a focus in Operations Management, Professional Aviation, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related area.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
Passion for the aviation industry.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or other related tools.

Conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload to provide:

Maintain appropriate progress notes for supervision hours and input Mid-Level Supervision (MLS) hours on CSD's scheduling and billing program
Meets daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD
Educate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with the number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client
Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients or employees
