Change Management Support * Help teams understand KPIs and what process improvements can be adopted to improve metrics * Create training materials and documentation to ensure consistent usage * Create new KPI tracking methods and dashboard tools. 5. Tool Expertise & Process Improvement * Serve as an expert in Excel and Power BI and capacity planning tools. * Integrate data from Jira, ERP, PLM, and project management tools. * Drive continuous improvement in data collection, capacity planning, reporting, and visualization processes.
