They mostly leave you alone to get your job done, but that's also the downside. They leave you alone to fend for yourself if your colleague is actively hostile towards you. They send emails about what is happening in the company, then it doesn't happen, and then you never hear about it again, so there is no followup. One of the roncopals yells at people in front of every, since it's a cubicle farm.
