Experience in cleaning/facilities management or related industries is a plus. Ability to travel across NYC to client sites. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Availability to work part-time, with flexible scheduling, some visits may be during the day, others in the evening/night, with occasional weekends. Ideal Work Schedule (Example Only): Monday (8:00-9:30 AM): Review open issues and plan the week based on check-ins. Wednesday (6:00-9:00 PM): Conduct site walkthroughs and provide employee coaching. Friday (10:00 AM-2:00 PM): Visit new accounts and complete QA reporting. Weekend (2-3 hours as needed): Provide flexible coverage for client events, account openings, or urgent matters.
