Candidate profile You will lead and deliver small engagements, or components of large, complex engagements for financial services clients. Typical engagements include process improvement, operating model design, competitor benchmarking, cost transformation, customer and product innovation, and growth strategy development. Using a combination of direct management and hands-on delivery, you will craft solutions for clients, guide and oversee the quality of your team's deliverables and recommendations and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships. Managers will contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership, play a significant role in business development activities, and own responsibility for the development of junior staff. Nice to Have: * 5+ years of experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights. * 5+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience. * 5+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines. * 5+ years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help. * Proven track record of delivering successful AI or data science projects and teams. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. * Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with AI Native and cloud platforms (e.g., Open AI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). * Knowledge of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems is highly desirable. * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Experience in sales and business development. * Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities. * Fluent in English (both spoken and written). * Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships. * You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects. * Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
