Recruiting for this role ends on February 28, 2026 Work You'll Do Our practitioners work in integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from strategy formulation through to design, development and the deployment of solutions. These project teams will often include leaders and specialists from other business and technical disciplines from within the consulting practice and from our clients. A focus on teamwork is therefore critical. As a billing solution expert, you will bring considerable billing management expertise to help design, develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client's billing processes. You will interact daily with key business and IT executives and lead multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities. Responsibilities will include: + Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and build a trusted advisor relationship. + Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, product simplification and alignment, capability design and planning, technology/vendor selection and planning and business launch readiness + Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies + People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices The successful candidate will possess: + Ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear and concise manner + Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment + Subscription billing experience in industries such as High-Tech, Automotive, Med-Tech, or Telecom. + Experience with successfully leading complex engagements, both business and technical, including multiple dependencies and integration points + Experience identifying creative solutions within configurable cloud systems or within boundary applications where customization is required The Team Our Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. Qualifications Required: + 3+ years of experience in subscription billing within consulting or industry, specifically focused on delivering cloud-based subscription billing solutions + 2+ years of experience with end-to-end implementations of subscription billing solutions (e.g., Zuora Billing, Oracle NetSuite Billing Platform, SAP BRIM). + A Bachelor's degree. + Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
