Nice environment (being outside and all) and good coworkers.
Division between management and front line works is very clear. The “admin trailers” where the higher ups work are not involved with the “lower workers” at all and have no idea what goes on day to day. Expected to do large set ups and work events at short notice if they are for donors or other rich people. The carved and enchanted events destroy the gardens every year and late hours are horrible also the clean up after these events with limited staff.
