The Solutions Designer executes a variety of architectural assignments, providing services in the research, design, and development of automated material handling systems. This role collects and analyzes technician data from the customer to determine project requirements and problems, and designs a solution based on customer parameters. This role in summary As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will lead efforts to understand emerging trends, seek out real-life insights, and apply these learnings to design solutions that will impact the next generation of home appliances. SSOE is looking to hire a Machine Designer that will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, detailing, and refining machinery and material handling equipment for complex manufacturing and industrial projects. You will leverage Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD to develop precise 3D models, fabrication weldment details, and 2D production drawings that comply with applicable standards. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with process equipment and facility utilities.
