The Adult Services programs have been in existence for about sixty years. We are seeking Day Habilitation Direct Care Worker to join our team! Primary Responsibilities: As a member of the Mercy Centre Day Habitation Program, provide quality care, independence, and services for individuals in the program. Be responsible for planning and implementing instructional activities in the facility and in the community. Provide instruction, guidance, supervision, documentation and role modeling. Essential Duties: Implement skills activities in relationship to identified curriculums. Design individualized activities that teach and reinforce safety and survival skills.
