The ACT Peer Support Specialist functions as a fully integrated member of the ACT multidisciplinary team to provide expertise about the recovery process, symptom management, and the persistence required by clients to have a satisfying life.
The ACT Peer Support Specialist collaborates to promote a team culture that recognizes, understands, and respects each client's point of view, experiences, and preferences within the context of Native American/Alaska Native culture. Assists with home safety checks and fire drills.
Completes annual trainings.
Follows all guidelines and direction regarding appropriate use of phones, computers, and other devices and technology.

Properly completes shift change routine when arriving and leaving shift.
Ensures all services are provided in line with current rules, regulations, laws, and Cornerstone policies and procedures.

North Clackamas School District participates in the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System (PERS and OPSRP) on behalf of its employees. Under the supervision of Adult Resident Services Supervisor and the daily direction and monitoring of the Shift Coordinator. Performs the following essential functions:
Relate to residents in a continuous, consistent, warm, caring, age-appropriate manner.
Works effectively as a team member in the delivery of care and maintains good working relations with co-workers, nursing team, and other staff through appropriate communications tasks are completed and quality care is delivered.
Perform personal care activities with all residents as needed including but not limited to: personal hygiene care, brushing teeth, brushing hair, bathing/showering, toileting, changing adult incontinence pads, feeding (oral and gastric tube-if prescribed), dressing and any other activities of daily living for adults.

Job Summary
Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute Coaches bring our renowned curriculum to life. They coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old and become super heroes in the eyes of their players. Coaches are well trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans, they teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones-all while being a bit goofy in the process. Lil' Kickers can be described as “child development, fueled by fun.” Responsibilities
Come to work each shift with a positive attitude, ready to have fun
Be available to work weekend mornings
Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session
Follow weekly lesson plans
Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute programming
Set up, clean up, and maintain the field
Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls each session
Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season
Assist with marketing efforts and community events
Requirements
Must be available to work at least 1-2 weekdays and 1 weekend morning each week
If hired, a commitment of at least two seasons (6 months) would be necessary for job approval
Qualifications
Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Coaches are team players who are reliable, creative, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile for the children in their classes.
No prior coaching experience necessary (training provided).

Job Description
The Brahmin Group is looking for an experienced, professional and quiet self-starter who pays meticulous attention to detail and can easily anticipate the needs of employer and two children, ages 4 and 8. Responsible for the children's morning routine and getting them off to school plus weekend care. Some travel with the family. Primary responsibilities are housekeeping and keeping residence to five star standards. Clothing care skills important. This is a green household. Errands, grocery shopping and child transportation needed. Vehicle will be provided during work hours. Also, some cooking of light, healthy, organic meals to supplement what the chef has prepared. A Direct Support Specialist (DSS) is a highly experienced individual who has an extensive background working with I/DD individuals, including following Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) and implementing protocols. They support individuals to succeed in their life skills, independence, community integration, and much more! They assist the individual in accomplishing their goals as outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP). If you are looking for a career path, then DSP Connections is for you!
Pay scale: Starting rate of $27 an hour with a fast track to $30 an hour.
Day Shift, Swing Shift /Noc Shift Available:
6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
Must be flexible with what days of the week you work and willing/able to stay if there are call outs.
This role is based in Salem, OR.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals in the I/DD community
* Oregon Intervention System (OIS) training (will provide class opportunities)
* CPR/First aid training within 30 days of hire (will provide class opportunities)
* Reliable transportation to/from work
* Ability to follow a Positive Behavior Support Plan
* Ability to work within a team of Direct Support staff
* Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record. A motor vehicle report will be run on all DSSs who transport clients in a company vehicle.
* Positive and outgoing personality with the ability to carry a good conversation
* Ability to frequently bend, kneel, stand, twist, or reach
* Ability to walk and/or stand for the majority of each shift
