Monitor and track routine tasks; Activity Calendars - Encourage participants to plan or select community activities on a regular basis; Provide input and suggestions when needed Cleaning Schedules - Help participants develop cleaning schedules for their homes; Develop schedules for clients that are unable to participate; Monitor progress and inform Program Supervisor of concerns; Assist with cleaning as needed Agency Vehicles - Monitor and complete regularly scheduled maintenance; Compile and maintain insurance, registration and licensing documents for each vehicle; Maintain first aid kits for each vehicle; Notify Program Supervisor of any concerns related to vehicle safety, maintenance or Grocery Shopping - Work with Lead DSP to monitor food supply and confirm necessary items are purchased for the weekly menu Adaptive or Safety Equipment - Monitor, track and review participant safety equipment; Record monthly safety checks and fire drills 4. Must have current First Aid and CPR certifications, or be able to obtain them within one month of hire. Must also pass the Washington State Patrol background and a credit check.
