Job Purpose The Direct Support Professional Instructor guides students through available curriculum resources designed for achievement of the Certificate of Initial Proficiency (CIP) through the Ohio Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (OADSP) as well as the Certificate of Completion for Pre-Apprenticeship.
