    Job Description JARC is hiring Full Time Residential Staff to join our team caring for and supervising our adult residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Group Homes. Must be able to work 12-hour day shifts every Saturday and Sunday AND 4-hour shifts weekdays. Sign on bonus! Responsibilities: Provide training and assistance to group home residents including personal hygiene, meal preparation, household chores, cleaning, and appropriate social behaviors. Complete and file appropriate documentation including progress notes and incident reports. Communicate with team members regarding clients' issues. Provide healthy meals for residents and perform light housekeeping and other household purposes as necessary. Dispense medications to residents as necessary and properly store in locked and secure place. Maintain JARC Kashrut policy and support Judaic programming in group homes. Assure that the group home is properly staffed prior to leaving the site. Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 am - 7:00 pm AND Weekdays 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Qualifications: Experience in direct care preferably in a group home. Must successfully complete the required pre-employment background and drug screening. Valid Florida Driver's License and good driving record. Will be required to drive company van. High School diploma/GED in English (must be translated in English if from another country). Must complete all required JARC training and certifications in a timely manner. Ability to communicate and speak effectively with individuals, families and other employees. The Outdoor Pursuits Attendant will ensure that the highest level of service is offered to the members of our Club by providing the member with personal and professional service throughout the property when pertaining to any and all outdoor activities. The Outdoor Pursuits Attendant role is a very hands on role and encompasses the organization, instructing, and encouraging of activities, and as much participation as possible in all activities on property.
