What Youll Do
As a Personal Care Resident Assistant (Level 1), you will:
Provide resident care in alignment with each Resident Assessment and Support Plan (RASP) and guidance from supervisory staff.
Assist with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, and mobility always honoring safety, dignity, and personal preferences.
Help residents with light room tidying, laundry tasks, stockings, and telephone use.
Support activities programming as needed.
Assist in the dining room by serving drinks, delivering meals, and offering meal-choice support.
Order and charge supplies accurately using the electronic system.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the Charge Nurse.
Obtain and document vitals, weights, intake/output, and maintain accurate electronic/paper records.
Uphold infection control, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and post-mortem care.
Participate in required meetings and follow all Corporate Compliance and HIPAA guidelines.
Perform additional duties as needed to support resident care and facility needs.

The Before and After-School Program team is responsible for:
Facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework assistance.
Providing a safe, healthy, clean, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
Reporting to the program ready to work at designated times and be prepared to stay until the last child leaves the program.
Communicating daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.
Observing and following state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.
Requirements:
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.
Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt.
Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.

Community Support Specialists provide direct care for the following services: Companion, In-home and Community Supports, and Community Participation Support. It is pertinent that any employee of SweetTree Support Services honor and respect individuals and their personal rights in all aspects of the individuals lives. Be a primary advocate for individuals served by ensuring health, safety, and welfare at all times. Completes relevant documentation in the individuals program books and ensures information is accurate and completed as described
Anticipates crisis situations effectively using knowledge of individual likes, dislikes, stressors, and communication style, when necessary
Evaluates and appropriately acts in emergency situations; assists as needed
Remains aware of behavioral and/or medical status of individuals; notifies appropriate authorities

Participate in the development of the ISP, ISP annual Update and ISP revisions
