As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually
Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries

Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is typically required.
Active Epic certification(s) in relevant Revenue Cycle modules (e.g., Resolute PB, Resolute HB, Claims, Tapestry) is required.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience working with EPIC systems in an analyst or architect capacity within a healthcare setting.

Looking for providers in both Sacramento/Stockton Area.
Each patient will need 3 visits a week per facility. 1 of those visits will need to be during business hours on a weekday with close collaboration with the certain staff at each SNF. The other 1-2 visits are typically follow up visits with a very flexible schedule (can be evenings, weekends etc)
Experience in inpatient rehab, pain management, orthopedics, and/or neurology preferred.
Position is very flexible; outside of the first visit, provider can round just about any time including evenings and weekends. There is a scribe service that will perform all documentation as well.
However the position also requires flexibility as well. Weekend availability is required and it will be necessary to drive to all facilities, some of which are closer than others. It will also be necessary to cover other PA?s/NP?s when they are periodically away. During this time volume may be higher.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Lead (Full-Stack) to own the end-to-end architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of complex, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS systems. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical leadership, strong execution skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms.
You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines, while applying AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate delivery and improve quality. As a technical authority, you will collaborate closely with Product, UX, Analytics, Security, and peer engineers to shape platform direction and execution.
What You will Do
Architect and scale enterprise SaaS systems across frontend, backend, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
Write production-quality code, lead complex refactors, and conduct architecture and design reviews
Deliver robust features rapidly using modern engineering practices and AI-accelerated workflows
Leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Claude/other agents, and PromptPex for coding, refactoring, and testing
Validate new ideas through spike-first prototyping and experimentation before full implementation
Build cloud-native services for LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI agent workflows
Produce high-quality technical documentation, design specs, and internal technical narratives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Analytics, and Security teams
Define SLOs/SLIs, enhance observability, and ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and availability targets
Required Qualifications
12+ years of software engineering experience, focused on enterprise B2B SaaS systems
10+ years of hands-on development building scalable, reliable, modular SaaS platforms
Strong proficiency in frontend and backend engineering (React/TypeScript, Node.js or Python, SQL/NoSQL)
Deep experience with system design, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
Proven ability to deliver complex features under tight timelines in high-growth or startup environments
Experience integrating AI-assisted developer tools into day-to-day engineering workflows
Compensation
Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000 base salary (California market)

This role requires on-site presence at least three (3) days per week in our Pleasanton office.

Hoist tools and equipment to tree trimmers
Clean, sharpen, and lubricate tools and equipment
Collect debris and refuse from tree trimming and removal operations into piles, using shovels, rakes, or other tools
Clear sites, streets, and grounds of woody and herbaceous materials, suchas tree stumps and fallen trees and limbs
Load debris and refuse into trucks
