ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually
Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries
Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company requirements

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The District Manager is responsible for the training, upward mobility, and maintaining discipline of employees under their supervision. The District Manager ensures that the office functions and operates daily in accordance with DIR-DOSH directives, rules, policy and procedures and that staff promotes DIR-DOSH Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals. The District Manager sets priorities, evaluates performance of all staff, and travels throughout an assigned area of the State.
