This is a full-time, salaried position, oversee all aspects of the store. If you have multi-unit restaurant experience we would like to put that experience to use. To start with our company, we have a promote within mentality, and we would make sure you have worked and understand every position that you would lead. Your experience will expedited you through understanding the all the position and set yourself up to be a successful leader for our company.
This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends.
You are accountable for everything that happens within your Designated stores (3 to 6 different locations). Whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications

* Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience with multi management of stores and employees
* 18+ years of age
