Mr. Smith began his AMERICAN SYSTEMS career in August 1980, and has been instrumental in aligning the company’s business development and delivery of strategic offerings with customer needs. Mr. Smith has held a number of roles with increased responsibility within the company before being named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Mr. Smith previously served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer; Executive Vice President and General Manager; Vice President and Executive Director; Vice President of Engineering; Vice President and Director; Program Manager; and Systems Engineer. In addition to his role as AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ President and CEO, he is Vice Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Smith also serves in several industry leadership roles including the TechAmerica Public Sector Board of Directors and the Professional Services Council Board of Directors as well as other industry and community organizations. In January, 2015, Mr. Smith was named to the Wash100 list of influential leaders in the Government Contracting community by GovCon Executive. Mr. Smith received a B.S. in Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University.

Shridhar is the CEO of Zimperium.Previously he was the GM of the Application Delivery business unit at CA Technologies (CA), where he was responsible for creating the DevOps vision and establishing CA as a leader in the high-growth space. At CA, Shridhar ran a global organization and led the acquisition of Nolio; an Israel based company focused on Continuous Delivery. Shridhar came to CA with the successful $330M acquisition of ITKO. Prior to ITKO, Shridhar had an 11 year career with i2 Technologies in various roles including presales leadership, sales leadership, and various marketing and general management positions. His finished his career with i2 as the Chief Marketing Officer.

Kevin is the President and CEO of CQuest, a not-for-profit information technology firm specializing in data systems for public health and human services agencies and programs. Through direct contracts, CQuest provides operations and maintenance services for the WIC programs in the states of Kansas and New Hampshire, as well as the Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona. CQuest is the contractor with the Illinois Department of Human Services for the Early Intervention Central Billing Office. Kevin has 34 years experience in data processing, and is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP). His extensive work background includes work in state government social service agencies, banking, insurance, and public utilities industries.
