Essential Functions

Ensure compliance with established calibration procedures and national standards.

Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associate Degree in Applied Science or completion of a technical certification program with an emphasis on instrumentation controls, preferred.
Required Experience and Skills:

Experience with USDA regulations and CGMP guidelines is a plus.
Proficiency in calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing process control instrumentation.
Strong understanding of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and OSHA safety practices.
Experience with multimeters, frequency calibrators, and flow meters is required. Familiarity with loop calibrations is a plus.

The USDMA is an experienced therapeutic area (TA) leader and subject matter expert (SME) with relevant medical affairs and field medical experience. This role is also responsible for driving execution of scientific and medical affairs plans for assigned Therapy Areas within their region, engaging with regional cross-functional teams, and providing US input to the relevant cross-functional team meetings, e.g., US MAT, PAT, MT and V&I Plans.
As a core member (or co-lead) of the US Medical Affairs Team (MAT), the USDMA collaborates with the Global Breast TA team and cross-functional partners to enable US regional implementation of Value & Implementation (V&I) Planning by: 1) Integrating local insights into Global Scientific Value Content (GSVC) and Center of Scientific Exchange Excellence (CSEE) plans 2) Facilitating local adoption of GSVC and CSEE initiatives 3) Leading development and execution of aligned local training programs 4) Evaluating training effectiveness and application in the field.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ In collaboration with USMA Executive Director (ED) and Health Systems PASL, conduct development and implementation of regional strategies aligned with headquarters V&I goals including defining a prioritized USMA Field strategy and implementation goals.
+ Contribute to the integrated US Country Medical Affairs Plan (CMAP), including the US Field Medical Plan (FMP)/Field Engagement Plan (FEP) and field training plan for assigned TA as a member of the USMA TA Leadership Team
+ Identifies and prioritizes US field resources, training needs and activities; and in collaboration with GMVC, ensures strategically aligned content and training and any other needed adult learning activities across the portfolio. This would also include the pull-through of pre- and post-congress regional training and content.
+ Develop a strategic and comprehensive scientific engagement plan and ensure scientific exchange aligns with the global scientific communications platform.
+ Ensure insights from advisory boards and field medical activities are actioned with relevant stakeholders, aligned with Country Medical Affairs priorities, and monitored for trends impacting future strategy.
+ In collaboration with relevant USMA stakeholders (e.g. HS PASL), organize expert input events (e.g., advisory boards, forums) with contracted Scientific Leaders and key stakeholders to address new indication implementation and/or emerging science.
+ Manage programs (i.e. patient support, education, risk management) as needed for appropriate and safe utilization of company medicines.

+ Demonstrate ability to understand complex account interdependencies in order to develop both short- and long-term account plans in conjunction with a wide array of stakeholders, proactively working with the account team and supervisor (known as the Customer Team Leader) to effectively execute the account plan. Share learnings and best practices from one customer to help other customers meet their needs.
+ Influence beyond their specific geography or product area demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs from all stakeholders in oncology accounts, using the insights to position our company Oncology brands and collaborate with customers on a customized strategy.

The Field Access Manager (FAM) serves as the subject-matter expert on access related issues for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs), and will work cross-functionally with patient support, market access, and field sales to support timely patient access to therapy. The FAM role is a remote/field-based role that proactively provides approved education to defined accounts within an assigned geography on matters related to access and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access. The FAM will analyze access issues and act as the local access resource for HCPs and other field force personnel and region management, as permitted by policy. The FAMs will manage daily activities that support appropriate patient access. Activities include, but are not limited to:

**Minimum Requirements:**

The Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) supports customers by providing clinical information on our Company's vaccines, as well as education and resources. They do this to support customer operational and financial needs such as reimbursement information and contract adherence in an effort to help the provider or system increase their immunization rates among appropriate patients and help protect them from vaccine preventable diseases. The Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) is the primary point of contact for a variety of customers within their assigned geography.
These customers may include health care providers such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists as well as quality directors, immunization managers, and office managers. Within their geography there are a diverse set of health care locations that they will call upon in order to execute their role including: clinics, health departments, integrated delivery systems, and hospitals.
The VCR is a key member of the local Customer Team that works collaboratively with other field-based employees such as the Vaccine Key Customer Leader (VKCL), Region Medical Director (RMD) as well as other members of the extended team.
The primary activities include:
+ Engaging in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals to align customer needs and our Company's vaccine attribute in accordance with product labeling, and CDC and professional society recommendations.
+ Providing Company Vaccine management with updates on customer needs as it relates to helping them improve patient health outcomes, customer feedback, marketplace dynamics, and progress towards quality goals.
+ Providing customers with key insights by keeping apprised of professional and health care environment knowledge through self-study of company-provided scientific, product and marketplace information, attendance at product workshops and conferences, as well as consistent and ongoing review of our Company's promotional materials.
+ Utilizing analytical skills and tools to engage customers in quarterly business reviews regarding their vaccine contract to educate customers on the best ways to maximize their contract performance across the Company portfolio.
+ Assisting customers with education to improve their organization's immunization rates through adherence to quality-based programs using appropriate tools such as Vaccine IQ.
+ Regularly monitoring their business performance against objectives using company provided tools.
+ Developing a territory level business plan that focuses on improving immunization rates with assigned customers in accordance with Our Company's policies, standards, and ethics.
+ Maintaining product knowledge and certification on the entire Company vaccine portfolio along with knowledge of the CDC immunization schedule for both pediatric and adult vaccines.

Responsibilities** + The Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) is a credentialed (i.e., PhD, PharmD, DNP, MD) therapeutic and disease expert who engages in bidirectional exchange of scientific or medical information with Scientific Leaders (SLs). This MSL-type role provides balanced, factual, scientific information about non-product areas of interest to the Company and replies to scientific questions from SLs, including questions about Company products. The work of an RMSD is aligned to: Scientific Exchange, Research, Scientific Congress Support, and Scientific Insights.
+ RMSDs liaise between the scientific community and the Company to enhance the comprehension of scientific foundations and goals for approved, in-development, and active Company-sponsored trials and/or investigator-sponsored research studies. **Research**
