EHS Technologies Leadership

Brendan Hartey is a Chief Financial Officer at EHS Technologies and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has worked as Acquisition Manager at Sonepar USA; Finance and Accounting Specialist at Sonepar USA; and Treasurer, Board of Directors at B.Someday Productions. Brendan attended Allrecipes between 2004 and 2008, Canadian Tire Financial Services between 2015 and 2019, and Father Judge High School between 2000 and 2004.

Mr. Bus graduated from Drexel University College of Engineering after earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with minor studies in Information Systems in 1992. Upon graduating, he joined SEMCOR Inc. as an Environment Engineer utilizing his civil engineering skills to support the development of SEMCOR’s flagship commercial environmental, health and safety software product, CompQuest Pro, performing environmental audits, pollution prevention planning and environmental assessments.

After leaving SEMCOR, he briefly joined EHS Technologies where he continued expanding his engineering expertise with a specific emphasis on IT services. He left EHS Technologies in 1998 to join a small IT Startup, TeknaSpan Inc. as a Principal Owner. His responsibilities include marketing, business development, and delivery of IT solutions to small businesses in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. In 2006, TeknaSpan is sold, and Joe works shortly for TeleQ Network Solutions as a consultant before rejoining EHS Technologies in 2008.

Mr. Bus joined EHS Technologies as Chief Information Officer to overview the growth of the IT services and delivery of the state-of-the-art IT solutions to EHS DoD customers. Since his arrival he was personally involved in IT infrastructure support and Cyber Security projects both within EHS and at various DoD facilities. He successfully re-architected, automated and streamlined EHS IT infrastructure and business processes to minimize the overall EHS IT footprint and cyber security risks.

Over his 12 year tenure at EHS Technologies, Mr. Bus has managed multiple EHS IT centric contracts at both the Defense Logistics Agency in Philadelphia and NSWC Philadelphia Division. He has background in networking, systems engineering, systems administration, virtualization, and software development.

Since 2015 Mr. Bus has been continuously supporting IT infrastructure and Cyber Security contracts at NSWC Philadelphia Division. He is an MCSA and CISSP certified professional currently managing a team of 70 IT contract personnel providing IT infrastructure and Cyber Security support in all technical codes throughout the NSWCPD on EHS $24.5 million EHP2 contract.

In 2019, The Office of the Secretary of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve has recognized Mr. Bus as a Patriotic Employer for contributing to National Security and protecting Liberty and Freedom by supporting employee participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve Force.

Joseph Donnelly is a Partner at Basic Training Lacrosse, LLC; Head Lacrosse Coach (Boy's Varsity) at Shipley School; and Owner at JOINT DEFENSE SOLUTIONS LLC and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has worked as Vice President of Operations at EHS Technologies, Program Manager at EHS Technologies, and Director of Operations at EHS Technologies. Joseph studied at United States Naval Academy between 1984 and 1988, William Penn Charter School between 1980 and 1983, and United States Naval Academy between 1983 and 1984.
