They are able to communicate with customers to build trust and value and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. NxStar and Tech-Daddy training a plus. They must be able to explain electrical problems and solutions in layman's terms and make sure the job is completely cleaned up before leaving ANY job. They keep their van well stocked and organized to Maine Electric standards. Our Residential Service Technicians are able to work long hours, averaging 50-60 a week, some weekends and be on call rotating basis. They are on time with a clean and pressed uniform, shoes shined, and clean shaven. They participate in daily technician role-playing, verbal and written training for ongoing excellence. They must have a current California Driver's License, clean driving record and are able to pass a California background and drug test.
