Supervise apprentices and general electricians; manage supplies, materials, and basic inventory. Train electricians and execute projects independently without direct supervision. Stay current on industry technologies, electrical services, and manufacturing processes. Perform physically demanding tasks including moving/lifting heavy materials and digging trenches for conduit installation. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of industrial electrical installation, maintenance, and repair experience. Education & Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License. Competencies: Strong proficiency in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair across industrial and commercial settings. Reliable and punctual; consistently reports to assigned job sites as scheduled. Full understanding and compliance with Strike's safety requirements, OSHA standards, and all NEC, state, and local codes. High level of craftsmanship with strong attention to detail. Ability to visualize completed work and plan, organize, and schedule tasks to meet deadlines efficiently. Demonstrates proper and safe handling of all tools, equipment, and materials. Capable of setting up and verifying field devices and controls per installation requirements and owner specifications. Accurate reading and comprehension of labels, manuals, site maps, directions, and written instructions. Knowledgeable in hand signals for operators and the impact of soil conditions on underground installations and cables. Skilled in directing and training apprentices and helpers to meet production requirements. Maintains personal tools in accordance with company policy. Competent working around live/energized electrical components. Strong manual dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish and identify wire colors. Effective communicator with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with a wide range of electrical tools, machinery, and equipment. Other Requirements: Complies with all Strike policies and procedures. Adheres to Strike's Drug & Alcohol Policy, maintaining favorable testing results throughout employment.
