Assist with integration, installation, and startup of new equipment, including wiring, controls, calibration, and system verification activities. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, work orders, calibrations, and electrical modifications in accordance with ALCOA+ data-integrity guidelines. Verify electrical system safety, grounding integrity, and equipment compatibility prior to energization. Partner with engineering and validation teams to support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and requalification activities. Respond to equipment or facility electrical emergencies as required to support 24/7 manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with all site SOPs, cGMP requirements, OSHA and EPA regulations, and DEA guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support audit-ready operations. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited electrical trade school, vocational program, or apprenticeship strongly preferred.
