This role will be based out of Kansas City, MO (or surrounding area) and will services a sales terrirory in the Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri area. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Engineer is a key member of Branson's Sales organization. Please note this this a Remote based position. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory (MO/IL/KS/NE/IA) by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business needs. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to address technical questions and deliver customer-centric solutions. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote company products. Stay current with industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Who You Are You maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully. You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You see the big picture, constantly are imagining future scenarios, and create strategies to sustain competitive advantage. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ Proven years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, software, electronics] Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
