Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Overview:
Evaluates facilities and production process and makes recommendations to maintain or improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs, under minimal supervision.
Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
Three (3) years minimum experience as a manufacturing engineer in a machine shop environment
Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes, gearing, NC programming (preferably with Esprit CAM System), and tool design utilizing a CAD based system.
Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) training required
Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred

Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager to join our team. Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Position Overview:
Evaluates facilities and production process and makes recommendations to maintain or improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs, under minimal supervision.
Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Coordinate with ME teams at Broken Arrow and Okmulgee as needed for project work.
Updates ME managers of roadblocks and timelines for dedication of resources for project related work.
Prepares and presents PCP presentations for ME group projects.
Prepares budgetary numbers, manages and tracks the execution of Capex expenditures with Capex coordinator related to project. Reports these details to the ME Manager.
Coordinates and updates ME Manager of project status and timelines.
Prioritizes work and resources needed from ME groups of BA and OKM related to project timelines.
Tracks ME hours related to each project and reports to project manager.
Excellent communication skills.
Organizational skills for tracking and reporting of project statuses.
Prepares and implements complex layouts and studies of plant and facility arrangements and manufacturing operations.
Provides direction of time and work sequence studies and reviews and recommends adjusts to manufacturing operations.
Reviews plant layouts and organization to maximize through put.
Develops procedures and plant arrangements to ensure proper material handling and storage.
Reviews engineering designs for manufacturing feasibility and recommends changes as necessary.
Determines manufacturing processes.
Determines and develops standard operation times, conducts various cost studies.
Prepares and implements capital budget items.
Designs and implements shop tooling and fixtures.
Create step by step work instructions for product build.
Design tooling required for assembly of production units.
May direct the activities of small group of employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
Three (3) years minimum experience as a manufacturing engineer in a machine shop environment
Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes, gearing, NC programming (preferably with Esprit CAM System), and tool design utilizing a CAD based system.
Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience
PMP training required
PMP certification preferred
Familiar with Microsoft project or similar project management software.
