About the Role
Brooksource Engineering Services is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization. This role will play a key part in supporting device platform growth and overseeing major operational and project initiatives, including facility transitions and equipment moves.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Team Support
Lead daily and weekly functional meetings with Quality, Molding, Assembly, and Engineering teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for operations, ensuring alignment with manufacturing standards and safety protocols.
Track production performance, triage quality issues, and support root cause investigations.
Develop and maintain standard work documents, process maps, and tools for right-first-time execution.
Mentor and coach team members to strengthen operational capability and adherence to MSOE principles.
Project Management & Facility Transition
Provide oversight for the relocation of molds and assembly equipment from the current Arizona facility to a new site (approximately 15 minutes away).
Support supply chain inventory builds, commissioning, and qualification activities tied to the move.
Partner with engineering teams on equipment shutdowns and obsolescence projects planned for 2026-2027.
Drive planning efforts for 2026 and execution of equipment moves in 2027.
Strategic Initiatives
Support growth in reusable device manufacturing and packaging programs across the network.
Coordinate resources and author change controls and deviations as needed.
Ensure compliance with cGMPs and internal quality standards throughout all phases of project execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Production, QC, QA, Technical Services, Engineering, or Regulatory.
Knowledge of cGMPs and technical writing skills.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

The Arrow ECS Sales Engineering Manager (SEM) is a technical leader for the Security Practice area. The Sales Engineers within the practice will report directly to the SEM and the SEM reports directly to a Sales Engineering Director. The SEM will have dotted line responsibility to, and tight alignment with, the Sales Manager(s). The SEM will have leadership responsibility for the Sales Engineers within the practice and will also have direct customer interaction as the technical leader for the practice. The Sales Engineering Manager (SEM) is responsible for recruiting, leading, coaching and mentoring the team. The SEM possesses a background that includes a history of technical and business acumen, as well as experience in working with and guiding pre-sales teams forward. The SEM is expected to manage the team's activity, conduct one-on-one meetings with their direct reports, and partner with sales and technical counterparts, both internal and external, to attain their respective go to market strategies and revenue/margin goals.

**What We're Looking For**
+ 2 - 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering Manager position.
+ Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.
+ Demonstrated expertise in the IT sales channel landscape, including a strong understanding of distribution models, reseller networks, and partner ecosystems.
+ Experience working with IT security vendors (e.g. Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, IBM, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Thales, Imperva, Forescout, Trend Micro, etc.)
+ Background in services and/or systems administration is a plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will be presenting to groups of partners, suppliers, sales teams, as well as direct reports via collaboration applications and in person.
+ Must have experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products, SalesForce, and other presentation tools.

As the Vice President of Competition and Race Engineering for America's premier open-wheel racing series, you will drive INDYCAR's engineering and technological vision to deliver the best racing product possible. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will take a balanced and strategic approach to strengthen the series, cultivate internal and external relationships, communicate a clear vision for progress and growth, and foster a culture of high performance across the organization.
The Vice President, Race Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping all aspects of INDYCAR's vehicle performance strategy, race engineering operations, and on-track technical integrity. This individual will lead the Race Engineering function-integrating data science, simulation, testing, and applied engineering-to ensure competitive, safe, and captivating racing throughout the series.
Serving as INDYCAR's central technical voice, the VP will work closely with teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to align technical direction and sporting regulations with the series' goals. This role will also play a key part in developing future engineering initiatives, including the design, development, and integration of INDYCAR's next-generation chassis planned for 2028-keeping the series innovative, relevant, and at the forefront of global motorsport technology.

U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco's policies:

* 1 paid day off for employee's birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco
* Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
* Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
* 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
* Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
* Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
