Leadership & Team Management Direct and oversee all process, electrical, and automation engineering activities. Process Optimization & Innovation Drive continuous and process improvement initiatives for labor and cost reductions. Maintain and improve efficiency in equipment design to keep down machine margins. Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations. Champion risk assessments and process capability studies. Conduct post-project reviews to analyze outcomes, identify lessons learned, and apply insights to future projects and initiatives. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all designs meet company and customer standards and bets practices. Maintain accurate documentation including SOPs, sanitation procedures, technical manuals, and training materials. Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other food safety regulations. Maintain compliance with electrical and mechanical standards (NFPA, UL, ASME). Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, QA, Maintenance, Service, and other Engineering teams both internally and externally. Provide technical leadership during customer interactions and commissioning. Support sales and service teams with engineering expertise.
