8. Evaluate and approve manufacturing infrastructure needs and costs.
9. Review, evaluate, and approve change orders.
10. Work with NPI team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the introduction processes, documents, material preparations, and tooling/fixtures through the following activities:
WO BOM Validation
Shop Floor Control System Routing
Production Flow Diagram
Create, validate, and maintain Work Instructions
Pack Out Instructions
11. Accountable for Change Order Management including:
Assess, document and communicate all production floor and/or customer driven changes.
Initiate and follow up with ECN/MCO changes and disposition.
Update all applicable work instructions.
Implement ECO/MCO changes in production; provide training to line operators.

12. BS degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform floor walks (5-7+ miles per shift).

Visual and sensory acuity to identify wiring, auditory anomalies, and olfactory cues amidst high-decibel noise.
Work in environments requiring PPE (ear protection, FR clothing) and tolerate noise levels of 85-90 db.
Adapt to temperature extremes (cold aisles ~65°F, hot aisles >95°F) and dry air conditions.
Work Schedule
Full-time position with flexibility for off-hours (nights, weekends) should the need arise.
Salary: 110-125K (flexible based on experience)
