Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
* Advance multi-craft mechanics in acquiring additional skill sets within: Electronics / Electrical / Motor controls.
* Assist fellow multi-craft mechanics with resolving electrical control problems and implement problem resolution training.
* Manage projects involving cross-functional team control system applications.
* Lead training events to improve mechanics knowledge within: Programming / Networking / Software application

Expected Experience & Required Skills:
* Must possess strong multi-craft technical knowledge and mathematical abilities

Physical Requirements:
Mechanics will spend most of their shift (8-12 hours) on their feet. They must service equipment in the plant, on the grounds, and in support buildings. This covers an area of over 50 acres. This necessitates an excellent deal of walking on wet/slippery floors and working on concrete/asphalt surfaces. Mechanics are encouraged to wear tool pouches on their waist while working (approximately 15 pounds).
Mechanics must climb on, over, under or through equipment, catwalks, railings, utility runs, small access doors, etc. Mechanics work in tight spaces under or between equipment, in crawl spaces above the ceiling and inside "confined spaces". While in these areas, they must lift, lower or support equipment, as well as exert significant force on hand tools.
Work may be performed in dusty and smoky environments (such as grinding or welding galvanized metal) will require the use of mask or respirator. Temperatures will range from -30º F to 100º F. Humidity levels will reach 100% during sanitation.

Entry Level Engineer - Leadership Technical Orientation Program (LTOP)-25001452 Description Location: Camden, SC Program: The Linde Leadership and Technical Orientation Program (LTOP) is a program that is sponsored by Linde's United States Bulk and On-Site unit. The program has a class of engineers that go through 52 weeks of training in a structured curriculum that is designed to give a very broad exposure to all aspects of plant operations with limited exposure to the broader Linde organization. The curriculum contains training common to operations with an opportunity for technical cross training. The LTOP is a mentored program, with each participant assigned a sponsor, and is specifically designed for those desiring to use an engineering/technical degree to leverage a management career and grow within the organization. Specific areas of operations that you will be required to study include all of the various product line processes (air separation, hydrogen, hydrogen-carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, helium, rare gases and standard plants); safety, health and environmental; distribution, logistics and customer service. Operations support functions will be covered as well. LTOP engineers will be expected to become actively involved in many aspects of their assigned training sites' activities and support their daily operations. These activities may include plant startups or shutdowns, maintenance, project planning and execution, training, problem solving, safety program execution, customer interface, personnel management, efficiency monitoring, product shipping and scheduling/planning. Specific activities that will be performed by the engineer are related to the day-to-day operation of the plant and include but is not limited to the following: Operation of the plant using the control system and physical equipment in the field such as motors, compressors, pumps, instrumentation, and various utilities (electrical, water, steam, and instrument gas). Assessing the efficiency and operating capability of plant equipment specifically as it relates to energy consumption. Making changes to operating modes or to equipment to optimize efficiency. Troubleshooting plant process and equipment problems and implementing solutions. Utilizing control systems and high-level advanced controls technology to optimize plant performance. Training operators in the areas of safety and plant operations. Providing some supervision of plant personnel or drivers as assigned by facility management. Monitoring compliance with internal Quality Assurance program requirements and initiating actions to correct non-conformance as appropriate. Executing various aspects of the Linde Safety Program including training, documentation, inspections, and correction of deficiencies. Monitoring plant and distribution costs for alignment with budgets and targets for improvement. Assisting plant operations and distribution personnel with day-to-day work activities as required such as operating the plant, taking readings, doing inspections, starting, and stopping equipment, filling product vehicles, and performing Quality Assurance tests. Executing projects in the plant in accordance with budgets, standards, and facility operating schedules Participating in technical sales and business development activities. Estimated start date for the 2026-2027 LTOP program will be on or around July 1, 2026. Locations: You will be assigned to a plant location that minimizes the need for future relocation and must be willing to relocate for this program within the U.S if the need arises. Qualifications Qualifications:
Must have a B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
A 3.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) out of 4.0 is highly desirable.
0 - 3 years of experience preferred.
Prior internship or co-op experience preferred.
Must have very strong technical skill sets.

You will work as a team member alongside site managers and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services. Our special Inspections technicians play a critical role in the quality assurance for every construction project no matter how large or small. Fuel Quality Technician/Pump Out

Description:
The Fuel Quality Technician is responsible for completing fuel quality testing on site (gas stations, convenience stores, facilities that use gasoline or diesel for power) troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, and performing unscheduled maintenance as well as scheduled maintenance on equipment, based upon customer demand and need. Guardian technicians are always expected to provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.
Previous petroleum service experience is NOT required.
Other industries that will be considered include vacuum truck technicians, septic truck technicians, environmental technicians. A proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on your own is the most important aspect of this job.
Essential Job Functions:
The primary responsibilities of the FuelGuard Service Technician will include (but are not limited to):
Operate and maintain mobile Fuel Filtration equipment (company truck with trailer attached).
Ability to pull 2" hoses full of fluid in lengths of varying from 16' to 50', drop them down 16' or more in a tank and move them around to sweep the bottom of the tank.
Know how to operate electric generators or compressors and pumps.
Ability to pull a STP that consists o f a motor head, up to 16' feed pipe with a Motor to the bottom which weighs approx. 70 lbs. needs to be removed and placed to the side during cleanings. This will be done with a helper.
Effectively analyzes problem situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends to customer actions necessary to correct situation.
Exhibits a professional demeanor and promotes goodwill between the company and customers by providing a superior level of customer service.
Observes, analyzes, and determines corrective course of action for service and repair of customer equipment.
Performs necessary repairs to correct analyzed situations in a professional and productive manner.
Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers according to Company policies and procedures.
Follows safety rules and ensures that hazardous waste is disposed of properly.
Opens and closes work orders with Dispatch, provides service repair narratives (written and verbal) for customer, and submits paperwork for time worked and repairs completed in a neat, accurate and timely manner.
Accounts for 100% of paid time.
Maintains part inventory and supplies in van.
Maintains service van to ensure that it is clean, organized and hazard free inside and out
Ensures that regular maintenance is performed on service van (i.e. oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) and that required repairs are performed.
Performs factory authorized modifications per specifications.
Responsible for maintaining personal tools required for performing the job effectively and safely.
Responsible for following customer's safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer site.
Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Required Education and Experience:
A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and/or one to three years mechanical and electrical, experience in a similar environment or equivalent in college or vocational education.
Excellent people skills and verbal communication is necessary.
Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Skilled in providing excellent customer relations by exchanging information with courtesy and consideration.
Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor and develop customer relationships with superior service.
Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of an organization internally and externally.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and understand necessary service and training manuals.
Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or demonstrated instructions.
Ability to maintain a good understanding of industry innovations and product availability in order to make recommendations based on customer needs.
Ability to safely operate personal hand tools.
Ability to draw upon available support resources from within the company and recognize when it is appropriate to do such.
Such other knowledge, skills, and abilities as are necessary in connection with additionally assigned duties.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Local travel is expected for this position, potentially up to 75% of the time. This position will spend a lot of time on the road, away from home. There will be situations where you are needed to drive to a branch 8+ hours away - flexibility is required.
Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record at all times.
