Leprino Foods broke ground on the $1 billion facility in the summer of 2022. The plant will become operational in 2025 with Phase 1 and will become fully operational by 2026! This position pays $39 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay. Summary Description: The Industrial Electrical/Controls Technician provides plant-wide support for the selection, installation, programming, documentation, training and knowledge of plant industrial controls, including computer integration of PLC's, HMI's and process controls within the facility, training of end users on the operations of newly installed or modified process or control systems, and for standardization of control systems and control logic designs, documentation of operational procedures and as-built electrical drawings and logic. Responsibilities: Apply strong problem ‐ solving skills to identify alternate solutions to technical challenges. Fault ‐ isolate issues between test environments (test stations, interface adapters, test cables, etc.) and devices under test. Observe, analyze, and report on test data in accordance with test requirements. Select and set up appropriate test equipment based on specifications. Interpret test data (plots, graphs, tabulated parameters) to determine pass/fail conditions and escalate when needed. Use hand tools, torque tools, analyzers, and power tools as required. Support production testing and troubleshooting activities in collaboration with engineering. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant testing experience (STEM education may substitute). The Silkscreen Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high quality printed graphics on a variety of substrates (metal, fiberglass, carbon fiber, etc.). The role blends technical skill, attention to detail, and an eye for color and registration to ensure each run meets customer specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. Key Responsibilities Pre-Production & Setup • Review job orders, artwork files, and client specifications (colors, size, placement, substrate). • Prepare screens: coat with emulsion, expose using UV light, wash out images, and inspect for pinholes. • Select and stretch appropriate mesh count for each job. • Register screens accurately using registration marks or alignment tools. Ink & Material Management • Mix custom inks to match client-specified colors, maintaining consistent viscosity. • Store inks, solvents, and cleaning chemicals safely and label them per OSHA/site standards. • Track inventory of screens, squeegees, substrates, and consumables; request re-orders as needed. Printing Operations • Load substrates onto the press (manual). • Adjust squeegee pressure, angle, and speed for optimal ink transfer. • Perform multi-color prints, ensuring precise registration for each pass. • Conduct test prints, make adjustments, and obtain approval before full run. Quality Control • Inspect prints for color fidelity, registration, ink density, and defects (smudges, streaks, ghosting). Post-Production • Cure or dry prints using ovens or air-dry methods as required. • Clean screens, squeegees, and press components after each job. Safety & Housekeeping • Follow all safety protocols (PPE, ventilation, proper chemical handling). • Maintain a clean, organized work area; dispose of waste according to environmental regulations.
