Job Description
Perform production line duties required to meet production goals while complying with quality standards and safety requirements. Operate production equipment and complete documentation in accordance with cGMP's and department SOP's while monitoring product to ensure quality standards are maintained.
This is for the B2 Shift 6PM-6:30AM Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & every other Saturday
This position is responsible for one or more of the following duties or activities:
Maintain a clean and organized work area during and at the end of each shift.
Assist in achieving environmental, health, and safety goals by working safely and observing all general plant and department safety policies.
Perform all assigned duties according to departmental SOP's and cGMP's.
Remain current on proper procedures by reviewing current, revised, and new SOP's relating to the job and to the department.
Complete and remain current with all required cGMP and safety training.
Perform tasks in the production / packaging of product to provide on-time delivery to customers.
Assist Maintenance Technicians with basic mechanical adjustments as needed.
Perform set-up and changeovers on production / packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate corrective actions to reduce or eliminate defects, rejects, or equipment downtime.
Complete all required documentation associated with the production and / or packaging of product.
Assist daily production in operating and monitoring technical computerized, production machinery ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
High School diploma (or equivalent experience), with 2+ years experience. Associates degree in science, with 1+ years relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree with 0+ year relevant experience preferred.

Direct Hire Temple, TX We are searching for a Survey CAD Technician to aid our drafting department in a wide variety of surveying services, including but not limited to: construction staking, property boundaries, topographic mapping, as-built surveys, and flood certifications. This position reports directly to the Drafting Department Manager and works with the Project Manager and/or RPLS to prepare completed products for clients in various industries.
The core hours are from 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm Monday -Friday. This is a full-time position with a non-exempt (hourly) classification, with overtime being paid for more than 40 hours worked in one week.
Responsibilities
Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and ensuring compliance to professional and industry standards
Utilize drafting software to prepare various types of survey drawings and exhibits
Perform deed research and deed plots
Provide technical office support (brief and debrief) to field crews
Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings
Ensure schedules and productivity objectives set by Manager for preparation of survey plats and drawings are achieved
Required
2-year degree in surveying related field, or equivalent drafting experience
Excellent computer and technical skills, CAD (Knowledge of Carlson software is a PLUS)
Proficient in technical math, including Geometry and Trigonometry
Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills
Experience in boundary and topographic surveys
Current SIT certification or working toward SIT certification is a plus but not required

Shift: 223 Nights (7pm - 7:30am) What are we looking for?
Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred.
Knowledge of quality management system - FSSC22000, and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design, familiar with legal food safety requirements and food process technology.
Problem-solving skills and systematic thinking
Communication and influencing skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Drive the implementation of GMP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/ GHP standard, including GMP for production/ engineering and contractor, etc.
Document control system management, including the Nexus system.
Develop the quality system training material and training plan and follow the implementation.
CAPA system follow-up to make sure all CAPA are not overdue.
Prepare the management review report material.
Verify the system procedure and regulation requirement compliance in the process.
Coordinate change management assessment at the site level.
Complete any other projects assigned by the Line Manager.

Quality Technician 1 Pay: $21.10/hour Shift: Rotating shifts; 7am - 3pm; 3pm - 11pm; 11pm - 7am; rotate every four weeks.
While reporting to the Lab Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality expectations of every customer, both internal and external, are met or exceeded. A go-getter attitude and excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot quality defects. We take pride in our organizational skills and attention to detail and are looking to add a like-minded person to the quality team.
What you will be doing:
Conduct required off-line testing for products to confirm they meet customer specifications.
Accurately enter quality data into customized data sheets and be able to analyze the data for historic trends.
Interacting with machine operators to raise awareness related to defects and record corrective actions when appropriate.
Maintain lab data filing system and physical retention storage.
Able to work as a team and across departments throughout the plant.
Assist in analyzing quality metrics, in-house rejections, process capability data, and customer feedback.
Ensure customer returns are checked in accurately and on time.
Active involvement in quality activities.
Active involvement in at least one safety team.

Inform QC Manager of non-conforming product, equipment, or test results.
Maintain proper documentation according to PCI & Precast standards.
The ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints, production drawings, measure accurately using a tape measure and certify that finished product is in conformance with project requirements.
Must be able to use a wide variety of tools, including but not limited to lab oven, lab scales, slump cone, air meter, thermometer, tape measure, sieve analysis, and hydrometer.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Must have a solid math aptitude.
