Checks to ensure all required information is correct. Ensures all information has been processed in accordance with State, Federal and County policy. Summarizes reviews in case record; * Consults and works in conjunction with eligibility workers and Employment Counselors; * Supports Income Maintenance and other programs by working with local agencies to include writing and monitoring contracts, attending meetings, conferences, workshops, training sessions, and performing a variety of public relations duties; * Devises correspondence completes forms and develops reports associated with the public assistance operation; * Performs inquiry using computer system for intake, re-applications, changes and other similar administrative requirements; * Provides case management functions for clients including making referrals for community services and resources, particularly when client is faced with crisis or emergency; * Responds to telephone calls regarding the screening for eligibility, receiving reports or changes from client, receiving information from another agency or private business, making referrals, and making calls to clients, providers, other agencies and the private sector; * Meets with clients for intake and re-application, to report changes, ask for medical coverage verification, report of loss benefits or non-receipt of benefits, or replace benefits; * Takes PRC applications and issues or denies benefits; * Handles client complaints and public inquiries regarding programs; Accesses computer system for intake, re-applications, changes and other similar administrative requirements; * Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; * Hold as confidential, all aspects of the job; * Attends various training sessions, video conferences, and workshops; Performs typing, word processing, and related computer operations; * Works overtime and outside of typical work schedule/business hours as required; and * Other duties as assigned. JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Associate repairs and maintains the facility, equipment, performs both reactive and preventative maintenance, and performs minor improvements to equipment and the facility. This position supports all production and supports staff and management in maintenance duties as requested. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot all production and facility equipment and systems. Systems include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. Monitors to ensure all utilities and production equipment are running properly and efficiently through assigning, tracking, and performing preventative maintenance. Perform welding and machining tasks. Perform PLC troubleshooting. Assist engineering with projects. Associates degree, Journeyman, or related coursework and/or experience preferred. One (1) to Three (3) years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work daytime and weekend hours when necessary for emergency or project work related to position. * A valid driver's license is required; must meet required insurance qualifications found in Wittenberg Motor Pool policies and procedures. What You've Done: * High School Diploma or equivalent * 5 years of mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance experience in a distribution environment targeting one or more of the following: material handling equipment, powered lift equipment and facilities * Strong diagnostic skills of powered lift equipment electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems * 2 years actively performing preventive maintenance on material handling equipment * Vocational training or technical certification in a relevant area preferred * Knowledge of electrical applications up to 480 volts * Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of hand tools * Knowledge of AC and DC circuits, wire guidance, hydraulics, and battery maintenance * Working knowledge of programmable controllers * Knowledge of carpentry skills, including woodworking, door repair, drywall, metal studs, floor coverings, wall coverings, concrete, basic electrical, welding and plumbing. * Must possess a valid driver's license Physical Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or listen.
