Stuart Archer is a skilled executive with expertise in multi-state and multi-site hospital operations, with extensive healthcare experience in the long-term acute care and post-acute care settings. Archer joined Oceans Healthcare, a behavioral health provider focused on the healing and long-term recovery of older adults and seniors, in November 2014. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at LifeCare Management Services, a pioneer in long-term acute care with 24 hospitals across nine states. There, he led all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining LifeCare, Archer served more than a decade as Senior Vice President of Market Development for LHC Group, a leading national provider of post-acute care services with 350 locations across 29 states. In addition to his work with Oceans, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems, an advocacy organization committed to working to ensure public policies, laws and regulations that support the needs of people who live with mental and addictive disorders
