The Dual Event Manager is responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and

Key Responsibilities
Event Logistics & Operations

Collaborate with internal departments (Catering, A/V, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to proactively address operational challenges.

Conduct daily banquet floor walkthroughs to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
Forecast event revenue and track performance against goals.
Exceptional Customer Service
Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.

Leadership & Team Development
Lead formal pre- and post-event meetings for groups of various sizes.
Mentor and train Convention Services and banquet staff on best practices, safety, and hotel protocols.

Qualifications
Minimum: High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in event management, F&B, sales, or related fields.

Position Summary
The Director of Events is a member of the American Royal Leadership Team and is responsible for leading a team in the successful execution of all American Royal events. This individual will ensure every event aligns with the Association's mission and purpose and delivers exceptional attendee experience.
