The Virtual Connection Specialist will support the needs of direct support staff and persons served and assist onsite staff through virtual supports such as video, sensors, two-way communication and other technology. The weekly schedule for this position is Saturday and Sunday - and one week day required preferably between Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Working for EPI has its benefits. Previous experience providing remote support, preferred. Ability to work from our call center during all scheduled work hours. Our call center is located in Waterloo, IA. This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, a reliable vehicle and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check. Details: Pay Rate: $17.50 - $19.50 Rate of pay depends upon experience. $1.00 per hour shift differential between 10 PM - 6 AM. This is an in-office position.
