Mr. Eddie Capel is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Manhattan Associates Inc. Mr. Capel had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2012, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 12, 2011. Previously, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011. In this capacity, Mr. Capel was responsible for the Company’s global product management, research and development, and customer support functions. From January 2008 through January 2009, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Product Management and Customer Services. From January 2005 to January 2007, Mr. Capel served as Senior Vice President—Global Product Management and Global Customer Services and from January 2004 through January 2005 as Senior Vice President Product Management. Prior to January 2004, he held various other positions with the Company. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in June 2000, Mr. Capel held various positions at Real Time Solutions (RTS), including chief operations officer and vice president, operations. He also served as director, operations, with Unarco Automation, an Industrial Automation/Robotics systems integrator. Prior to joining Unarco, Mr. Capel worked as a project manager and system designer for ABB Robotics in the United Kingdom.

Jeff Davis is chairman, president and chief executive officer for Perficient. As CEO, Jeff leads daily business operations, and directs the development and execution of the company's global growth strategy and initiatives. Jeff joined the company as chief operating officer in 2001. He was promoted to president in 2003 and was named chief executive officer and appointed to the Board of Directors in 2009. Jeff has a strong technology management and consulting background, with a blend of more than 25 years of experience working at Big Four as well as entrepreneurial firms. Prior to Perficient, Jeff was the chief operating officer at Vertecon, a company Perficient acquired in 2001. Before Vertecon, Jeff was a senior manager and member of the leadership team in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for defining and managing internal processes, while managing business development and delivery of all products, services and solutions to a number of large accounts. Jeff also served in leadership positions at Ernst and Young, LLP in the Management Consulting practice and in industry at Boeing, Inc. and Mallinckrodt, Inc. Jeff is an active member of the board of directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis and a member of the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business advisory board. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri.
