Todd Stottlemyer has served on the LMI board since 2015. He has wide-ranging corporate leadership experience in IT management, transformation and innovation, biomedical engineering, international business, legal administration and compliance, and acquisition integration. Mr. Stottlemyer is CEO and board member of CNSI, a health IT firm based in Rockville, Maryland. He previously served as CEO of the Inova Health System's Center for Personalized Health. Prior executive roles include CEO of IT companies Apogen Technologies, of which he is a co-founder, and Acentia; president and CEO of the National Federation of Independent Businesses, the nation’s largest business association; executive vice president at Inova Health System; and president of McGuireWoods Consulting. Mr. Stottlemyer has received numerous honors for business and community leadership, including recognition as one of the 100 most influential leaders in the Washington, DC, region by the Washington Business Journal; and as one of the 50 most influential Virginians by Virginia Business magazine. He is a former board chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. He received his bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.

He has led REI in the design and implementation of an innovative Electronic Handbook approach to Internet-driven information systems for complex document-driven business processes. Mr. Salona received his M.S. in computer science from the Center for Advanced Computer Studies, the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, in 1982. He earned a diploma for his graduate research in computer science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, in 1978. He received an M.S. in operations research, St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India, in 1977.

ASSYST CEO, Mr. Shyama P. Mandal, joined the company in 1994. He, along with the Executive Team, develops and executes the high-level strategies and the overall vision of the organization. Mr. Mandal provides oversight in the areas of project / process management, quality and information assurance, cost estimations and enterprise resource planning (ERP) for the company. He is also charged with executing the strategies and vision of ASSYST. Mr. Mandal has refined his technical expertise working at respected companies such as IBM and the World Bank, and has held key positions in implementing large-scale IT systems using leading-edge technologies. His accomplishments include re-engineering, designing, developing and deploying various MIS systems and financial transaction systems with international organizations. Mr. Mandal has been in the IT field for over thirty years and holds an MS in Computer Engineering and a BS in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering, both from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
