Position Title: Supported Living Specialist (SLS)
SUMMARY:
The Supported Living Specialist provides and/or coordinates supports that are necessary to enable FRA participants to live as independently as possible. This includes assisting in the planning, implementing and documenting of the Plans of Care (POC's), ensuring the well-being, safety and quality of life of program participants, providing guidance and training that facilitates independence and recognizing and respecting the rights of the participant.

Full time SLS scheduled shifts, shifts are three days and alternate Wednesday every other week:
Day Shifts:

Demonstrate a personal commitment to the development and implementation of the least restrictive residential services for participants.

Core processing

Data Entry- using site-determined software, entering drill data accurately
Sample QA/QC-Following quality assurance/control methods in logging and sampling
