Community Engagement and Partnerships o Expand and sustain community-based health programs that address access to care, prevention, and chronic disease management. o Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare systems, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and community stakeholders to enhance program impact. o Establish and facilitate community advisory boards to guide program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Program Evaluation and Data Management o Develop and implement evaluation plans aligned with grant goals and community needs. o Collect and manage quantitative and qualitative data to inform program improvement and reporting. o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), outcomes, and impact measures. o Prepare detailed evaluation reports and summaries for internal and external audiences. o Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with university and IRB requirements. Training, Communication, and Dissemination o Develop and deliver training sessions and educational materials for healthcare providers and community partners. o Contribute to scholarly dissemination activities, including manuscripts, conference presentations, and technical reports. o Draft communication materials highlighting program outcomes and community impact. Sustainability and Growth o Assist in identifying new funding opportunities and preparing grant proposals to sustain and expand public health initiatives. o Assist with budget development, project timelines, and resource planning.
