Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily supervision and mentorship

Ability to adhere to OSHA safety protocols related to occupational exposure to blood or other infectious material.
Must have access to mobile apps on a cell phone.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English both in writing and orally.
Must not have been convicted of any disqualifying misdemeanor or felony and must not have been substantiated for abuse or neglect in the state of Missouri, as recorded by the Department of Mental Healths Employee Disqualification List.
